How do I book? ๐
All bookings are made through our website — simply browse our products, check availability and click "Book Now" to secure your date. If you need help or are planning a larger event, feel free to Contact us or call 07496 311798 and we’ll guide you through the process. โ
How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book at any time, but we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons, to avoid disappointment.
What do the prices include?
All prices include setup and collection. You’ll receive everything needed for safe use, including the inflatable, blower, extension cable, safety mats and anchoring equipment. The only extras is a delivery charge to areas out of Bristol.
When are your bouncy castles available?
Our inflatables are available 7 days a week, including weekends and Bank Holidays. ๐
How long do I get the equipment for? โฑ๏ธ
Hire time is from when we set up to when we return to collect. Setup and collection times are arranged around your event where possible. During summer months, collections are carried out in order of our route and can start from around 6pm.
Do you hire overnight?
Yes, overnight hire is available for an additional charge. Please request this when booking. ๐
How do I pay? ๐ณ
A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance typically paid on delivery. We also accept online or card payments if preferred.
Important: if the setup area is not suitable or large enough for the inflatable, you may still be liable for up to 50% of the booking value. โ ๏ธ
What if I need to cancel?
The £20 deposit is refundable if we need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions. If you cancel your booking with at least 14 days’ notice, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable; however, you can reschedule your booking to an alternative date where possible.
What if it rains or is windy?
Our inflatables can be used indoors or outdoors, but safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (such as high winds or heavy rain), we may cancel the booking. Inflatables must not be used in unsafe conditions.
How much space do I need?
Each inflatable requires extra space around it for safe setup and use. Full dimensions are listed on each product pages. If you’re unsure, Contact us and we’ll help you choose the right option.
Do I need to provide power?
Yes, we require access to a standard mains power socket. We carry 25m extension leads as standard, and up to 50m if needed. Please let us know when booking if a longer distance may be required.
Do you need access to the garden or venue?
Yes, we require clear access to the setup area. Access should be at least 2.6ft wide, although some larger inflatables may require up to 3ft. Please let us know in advance if access is restricted.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
We can set up on grass or indoors. We do not set up on concrete or hard outdoor surfaces. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we can bring the correct equipment.
Do I need to supervise the inflatable?
Yes, a responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times to ensure safe use and follow the guidelines provided.
Obstructions
Please ensure the setup area is clear of any obstructions such as furniture, toys or debris before arrival. At busy times, we may not be able to wait for areas to be cleared. ๐งน
Insurance & Safety
We carry public liability insurance up to £1,000,000. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained. Electrical equipment is PAT tested where required. ๐
